Paula Hayes is one of the industry’s most recognized travel professionals. Over four decades, she developed and led award winning sales teams for The Big Red Boat, SuperClubs, Club Med, the Globus family of brands and Avalon Waterways.
Throughout her career, she oversaw all aspects of the trade channel, securing and nurturing relationships with partners across the country and working with them to grow their business. An active member of ASTA, CLIA, and PATH, she also collaborated with numerous tourist boards and other hospitality organizations.
Throughout her career, Hayes has been recognized as a passionate advocate for the agency community, most recently with the Female Leaders in Travel Luminary Award, by TravelAge West for Outstanding Service to the Travel Industry in the West and by Travel Weekly with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
