Bob Lambert is currently a Managing Director in the Scottsdale, Arizona office of executive search firm, Harvard Group International (HGI) focusing upon multiple industries, including but not limited to Non-Profit, Travel & Transportation and Sports & Entertainment.
Before joining HGI four years ago, Bob spent more than thirty years with Avis Budget Group and its predecessor companies, where he held multiple senior leadership positions, both in the field and at a headquarters level. His previous leadership/management experience encompasses roles building sales and service organizations, along with commercial and partnership development working with clients like Boeing, American Airlines, Accenture, Microsoft & Lockheed.
At HGI, Bob has worked with key clients such as United Way Worldwide, the Oakland Raiders Foundation and has sourced a number of candidates for other organizations such as Susan G. Komen Foundation and Make-A-Wish. He has been a presenter, panelist, speaker and sponsor at numerous transportation industry events and global conferences and has served on multiple industry boards and councils.
Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of Positive Coaching Alliance, Arizona, a national nonprofit developing “Better Athletes, Better People” by working to provide all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience.
A native Texan, Bob earned a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, College of Media & Communications and resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife, Rae Lynn.
